It was the clients faces lighting up after seeing their pet in a home made bandana that served as the inspiration behind starting Karits Pet Products. Realizing the bandanas were not only appreciated, but also creating memorable visits and referrals, the veterinary employee and future Karits' co-founder recognized that the simple bandanas were now taking on the role of a strong marketing tool.

Karits Pet Products was formed two years later, in 2003, to share the customer service success with other veterinary hospitals and pet care professionals. Karits' unique customer relations and marketing products, as well as the original "Critter Capes," now bring smiles to the clients of pet care and service businesses across the country.
